Aisha Umm Al Mumineen School welcomes applications from students who are in good health and free from contagious diseases, as confirmed by a medical report. The school does not currently provide programs for students with significant special needs. For Kindergarten, there are no academic requirements. Children should be able to speak, recognize basic shapes or colors, and follow simple instructions. An informal interview will be part of the admission process.
To enroll, parents should submit an application form. Students will then complete an interview and, for primary levels, an entrance exam. After successful completion, parents will be asked to provide the required registration documents. Aisha Umm Al-Mumineen School makes admissions simple and clear. We strive to place every child in the best environment for academic and personal growth. Below are key details on applications, age requirements, entrance exams, and registration steps.
There is no official deadline for applying, but we recommend completing the process between June and August each year. Parents must submit the application form along with:
1. Certified passing certificate from the previous school.
2. Identity paper (Ekhraj Kaid).
3. Two passport photographs.
4. Medical certificates.
Kindergarten applicants will only be interviewed by the school staff members during the admission process and initial assessment and will not take an entrance exam. Elementary applicants will complete an interview and an entrance exam covering:
1. Arabic: Reading comprehension & writing.
2. English: Reading comprehension & writing.
3. Mathematics: Numbers, algebra, & geometry.
A non-refundable registration fee of USD 150 is required at the time of admission for processing and enrollment purposes by the school administration. This fee is separate and not included in the total annual tuition of USD 500. The annual tuition is payable in two equal installments as follows:
1. First installment: USD 250 (due in October).
2. Second installment: USD 250 (due in January).
Aisha Umm Al-Mumineen School follows specific age guidelines to ensure students are placed in the appropriate grade for their development. Children should meet the following age requirements: KG1 – 3 years, KG2 – 4 years, KG3 – 5 years, Grade 1 – 6 years, Grade 2 – 7 years, Grade 3 – 8 years, Grade 4 – 9 years, Grade 5 – 10 years, and Grade 6 – 11 years.
